Von Kind an hat man unliebsame Erinnerungen an die Brennnessel. Dabei ist sie eine sehr bekannte Heilpflanze und die entzündungshemmende Wirkung insbesondere bei Gelenkerkrankungen ist mittlerweile wissenschaftlich belegt.
