Wren Estate Syrahphim Shiraz ABV 12.3% aromatic and (yes) fresh dryFor 10 years Michael Wren was making wine in Portugal, before he decided to settle back in Australia. He purchased a vineyard from Stefani Wines and 2018 was his first vintage. He has 16 plots of Shiraz, which he hand picks separately. His reds are unfined and unfiltered. The Syrahphim' is minimal intervention released in 2020 as the first release. Showing darker fruits on the palate as a more medium bodied Shiraz suitable for earlier drinking.
