We've had this incredible blue #2 / white #2 "coreless" damascus gyuto from damascus artist @shoichi_hashimoto for a little while as we decided how best to finish off the blade which is made from more than 70 layers of blue and white steel forged to create the incredible finish that has a depth we've only ever seen on the Nigrara Hamono Troll Killer as a comparable knife
