Formerly known as Domaine Ren Monnier (his grandfathers estate), the domaine took on Xaviers name in 2005, coinciding with significant vineyard and cellar improvements. Today, Domaine Xavier Monnot spans 42 acres from Beaune to Maranges, with 60% of production dedicated to whites and 40% to reds, including
