Very pale and delicate in colour, with fresh, complex aromas of raspberry, rose petals and a touch of clementine over a mineral note. Refreshing and balanced on the palate, with good volume and a long finish. Lovely with fish, seafood, salads and sushi. Serve lightly chilled at 12 to 14C.
