Their carefully made line is special and one of a kind, with a fuller and fruitier flavour than the typical sake. The Whale of Biwa Lake Sake, named after Japan's biggest lake, Biwa Lake in Shiga prefecture, is brewed from Koji rice and is 70% polished, pasteurised, and unfiltered. This Junmai
