Sound meditation is a powerful way to move into a deep meditative and peaceful state. Using Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and bells, gentle frequencies and vibrations are created that stimulate the brain and body at a cellular level, so join me in a sitting of peace, beauty, and well being. Seating is available, bring a yoga mat or blanket if you would like to lie down.
